How it works
How do you want to use Parful?
Parful does two different jobs. One runs a club through the season. The other runs a single event and then closes it out. Pick the one that matches what you organize.
Parful Clubs
You run a club, society, or league
Your members play together through the year. There is a roster to keep current, a schedule to fill, results that add up into standings, and money to keep track of between outings.
- Members, handicaps, and dues status in one roster
- A season of outings, each with registration and groups
- Live scoring, results, and season standings
- A public club page that stays current on its own
Parful Events
You run one golf event
A charity day, a corporate outing, a member guest, a tournament. It has a date, a field to fill, sponsors and money to manage, a day to run, and then it is finished.
- Event setup, registration, and packages
- Sponsorships, budget, and a money desk for cash and checks
- Groups, check in, and scoring on the day
- Closeout and reports when it is over
Which one fits
If the same group plays together all year and you keep a roster, that is Clubs. If you are putting on one day and then you are done, that is Events. The difference is not size. A 144 player charity scramble is an event. A twelve player society that plays monthly is a club.
Clubs and Events are separate products with separate setup. You do not have to run a club to run an event.
