Online golf tournament registration and payments

Every tournament gets a public page with the story, the packages and a countdown. Players and teams pay by card from it, and you see what has sold, and who has paid, as the field fills up.

Single spots, foursomes, dinner seats and add-ons, bought together in one checkout. Buyers check out as guests, with no Parful account.
Buy the foursome now, add the names later
A captain who pays before the team is settled gets a link to share. Each player fills in their own details, and you can remind the spots still empty.
See who has paid and who still owes
Card payments land as they happen. Cash and checks are recorded on the same list at no charge, so a balance stays in view until it is settled.

Caps, a waitlist and the deadline are set once. Nobody has to remember to switch sales off.

Skins are worked out from the scores. Closest to the pin and longest drive are entered on the day by the group’s scorer or a marshal on the hole.

Formats and multi-day tournaments

Give each day of the tournament its own format. Side games run off the same scores, and Parful adds the days into one overall result: by total strokes, total points, or points for where each player or team finishes each day.

Formats include stroke play, scramble, Stableford, best ball, shamble, foursomes, match play and brackets, and more.

Sponsorships, donations and silent auctions

The fundraising lives on the same tournament as the registrations, so the total raised is one number and nobody rebuilds it in a spreadsheet afterward.

Sponsor packages that sell from the page
Sponsors pick a package, pay, and send their logo, details and player names from a page of their own, without a phone call to you.
Invoices, and the sponsors who still owe
Each sponsor has a package, a contact, an amount and a payment status, so a promised sponsorship stays on the list until it is paid.
Donations toward a visible goal
A donate button on the tournament page, and cash handed over on the day, count toward the same goal. Parful adds no fee to a gift.
A silent auction with bidding from phones
List the lots, let guests bid from the tournament page, close on time and collect from the winners.

Sponsors add $20 to a tournament, the auction $20 and donations $10. Parful adds no fee to a gift or a winning bid; card processing comes out of the amount.

On the night

Put the day on the clubhouse TV.

The live leaderboard, your sponsors on screen and the total raised, on any TV with a browser. It updates itself as the cards come in.

Know what your tournament actually raised

Entries, sponsorships, donations, auction sales and expenses sit on the same tournament, so you count the money while the details are still fresh.

When you create a tournament, Parful asks what you are running and what you need, and adds up the price as you choose. There is no monthly subscription and nothing per player: you pay once, when the tournament goes live.

Your Parful price is one thing. Card fees are another, and they depend on what is being paid for.

    Parful adds no fee, and nothing is added to what the giver pays. Stripe's card processing (2.9% + $0.30) is taken from the amount before it reaches you.

Can I use Parful for a charity golf tournament?

Yes. Charity tournaments are the core use case: registration, sponsorship sales, donations, a silent auction, live scoring and the tournament finances all live on one tournament.

Can players register and pay online?

Yes. The tournament gets a public page where players and teams buy packages you define, such as a single spot, a foursome or a sponsorship that includes players, with card payment at checkout. Buyers check out as guests with an email address; no Parful account is required.

Can I sell sponsorships through the tournament page?

Yes. Sponsor packages sell from the public page, with logo collection and a sponsor portal where sponsors manage their own details, player spots and recognition.

Can we accept donations?

Yes. One-tap donations on the public page count toward a visible goal, and cash and check donations taken in person are recorded in the same tournament so the fundraising total stays complete.

Do players need to download an app?

No. Players open the scoring link in their phone browser, enter scores during the round and follow the leaderboard as it updates.

Does Parful include live scoring?

Yes. Scores update the leaderboard during the round so organizers and players can see where the tournament stands. Paper scorecards can also be entered at a card desk afterward.

Can Parful run a scramble?

Yes. Scrambles, best ball, shamble, stroke play, Stableford and match play are all supported. Skins are worked out from the scores, and closest to the pin and longest drive are entered on the day. A multi-day tournament can play a different format each day and still name one overall winner.

Can I track tournament expenses and profit?

Yes. Each tournament carries a budget plan, an expense register and a profit and loss statement, and payments reconcile by method so the close-out matches the bank.

Can I run a silent auction?

Yes. List items, take bids, close the auction and settle winners into the tournament totals. The auction adds $20 to a tournament, and Parful adds no fee to a winning bid.

How does tournament pricing work?

Free for a one-day tournament. Add what you need: extra days $20 each, team formats $20, match play $25, sponsors $20, auction $20, the books $15, donations $10. No tournament costs more than $99.
