Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things about your visit — like that you’re signed in, which club you last used, or your display preferences. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the product to function; others help us improve it.
2. How Parful uses cookies
Parful uses cookies in a few specific ways:
- Authentication. When you sign in, we set session cookies (
__auth_uid,__auth_role) scoped to.parful.io. This keeps you signed in acrossclubs.parful.io,events.parful.io, and other product subdomains. - Product state. We use local storage and session cookies to remember which club or event you last worked on, your filter preferences, and similar UI state.
- What we do not do. We set no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels for ad targeting, and no cross-site trackers. We are not in any ad network and we do not sell data. Product analytics is not currently enabled; if we turn it on, we will say so here first.
3. Third-party cookies
Parful relies on a small number of third-party services that may set cookies when you use related features:
- Firebase / Google. Authentication and Firestore database services.
- Stripe. Payment processing for registrations, sponsorships, and subscriptions.
- SendGrid. Email delivery for notifications and receipts.
Each service has its own privacy and cookie policies. We only pass the minimum data required for the feature to work.
4. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies at any time. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use certain product features. Check your browser’s documentation for specifics.
Why there is no cookie banner. Every cookie we set ourselves is strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the product working, and cookies of that kind do not require your prior consent. We do not run advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask before setting them.
5. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our cookie practices change. Material changes will be announced in-product.
6. Questions
The Parful platform is operated by Parful Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company, which is responsible for the cookies described above. Questions about cookies or any other aspect of how Parful handles your data? Reach out through Support, or see our Privacy Policy.
