Parful Events

Sponsorships and donations, kept with the event

Two different people fund a charity golf event. Dana runs a local business and wants to buy the gold sponsorship, send a logo and bring two players. Frank is not playing at all and just wants to give. Their money usually ends up in two different inboxes and one eventual spreadsheet. In Parful Events both flows run through the event itself.

Sell sponsor packages from the event page

You define the packages: the tiers, what each includes, and the price. Sponsors buy them straight from the public event page with card payment at checkout, and a sponsorship can include player spots, so buying the package and entering the sponsor’s foursome is one purchase rather than two conversations.

Collect what you need without chasing it

Logos and display details are collected from the sponsor rather than hunted through email. Each sponsor gets a portal where they manage their own details, player spots and recognition, which means the organizer stops being the courier between the sponsor’s marketing person and the event page.

Track every deal to paid

Every sponsorship is a deal with a package, a contact, an amount and a payment status. Balances settle against real payments, so you can see who has paid and who still owes without reconstructing it from bank statements. Fulfillment is tracked, so what each package promised is what each sponsor got.

Recognition where people are looking

Sponsors appear on the public event page and on the clubhouse TV display board alongside the leaderboard and the total raised, which is the recognition they actually bought.

Donations from people who are not playing

The public event page takes one-tap donations toward a visible goal, so a donor who cannot make the day can still be part of it. Donations sit alongside registrations and sponsorships in the same event, and the raised bar on the page climbs as they land.

Cash and checks on the day

Not all giving happens online. Cash taken at a raffle table and checks handed over at dinner are recorded in the same event through the money desk, with cash stations, a check register and deposit tracking, so the fundraising total is complete rather than "the online number plus whatever is in the envelope."

Where it all shows up

Registration revenue, sponsorships, donations and auction proceeds reconcile by payment method in the event’s finances, with outstanding balances by name and a budget that turns revenue into actual proceeds. When the event closes, the numbers are ready for the board without a spreadsheet rebuild.

Sponsorship and donation questions

Can sponsors buy packages online?

Yes. Sponsor packages sell from the public event page with card payment at checkout.

Can a sponsorship include playing spots?

Yes. A package can include player spots, and the sponsor manages those spots through their portal.

Can people donate without playing?

Yes. One-tap donations on the public event page count toward a visible goal, whether or not the donor is registered.

Can we record a check handed over on the day?

Yes. Cash and check donations taken in person are recorded through the money desk and reconcile with everything else.

Does Parful run silent auctions too?

Yes. List items, take bids, close the auction and settle winners into the event totals. Silent auctions are included on the Tournament and Operations plans.
